Purchase Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

Requests must be submitted within the eligible cancellation window.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility once the item is delivered.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled or modified before the next scheduled shipment. Changes must be made prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
